The Stiga Estate 9122 WX 4WD garden tractor features a smooth hydrostatic drive that offers an infinite number of speeds both in reverse and forward and therefore optimises control and manoeuvrability. A cruise control function allows you to rest your foot and take it easy, letting this powerful lawn tractor do all the work. For even more ease-of-use, the clever electromagnetic blade-engagement makes activating the PTO an effortless operation.

You can choose from a whopping nine preset cutting heights ranging from 25 - 100 mm, giving you lots of options over how long or short you wish to leave your grass - but also allowing you to cut in a variety of conditions, over bumpy ground for example. You can also choose from three different cutting-options; collection; mulching; rear-discharge; and which one you choose will depend on the length and condition of your grass and the season. If you choose to mulch you will of course be returning vital nutrients to your lawn - giving it every chance to grow (or remain) lush and healthy.

With lots of practical features such as a robust bumper and a bonnet that improves air-intake, a washing link, a 12V socket, a cup holder and a storage compartment this is a seriously impressive ride-on. Mulching is a great feature, It saves so much time, and cutting the lawn can be more than 30% quicker, there is no need to stop to empty clippings, which results in a significant fuel saving. You may well ask “Will I see the mulched grass?” and the answer is “No!” Mulched clippings are blown down into the turf, and are not noticeable provided the grass is cut regularly, and not on the lowest setting. Some owners prefer to collect grass cuttings on areas close to the house to be certain that children or pets don’t carry them inside and then they use the mulching facility on all the other areas.
