Ride-On Mowers:
Start 'N' Go rates for Ride-Ons start at £69 (Garden Riders) and £79 (Tractors). Start 'N' Go+ rates for Ride-Ons start at £99.00 (for both riders and tractors). This specialist service is currently available for Mainland England and Wales postcodes.

Delivery Frequently Asked Questions

How much is delivery?

We charge a flat rate of £9.99 for all orders (Standard or Express) being sent to mainland England and Wales addresses, no matter the cost, weight, or size. Additional charges apply to Scottish mainland addresses and offshore locations.

How long does delivery take?

Standard Delivery: Usually 1-3 working days (usually sooner).
Express Delivery: Usually 1-2 working days (often Next Day if ordered before 2pm).
Start 'N' Go / Premium+: Usually 3-5 working days due to the time required for expert assembly, testing, and specialist logistics.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

Our standard delivery service operates from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday do not count as working days. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

What is Start 'N' Go/Premium+ and how does it affect delivery?

Start 'N' Go and the Start 'N' Go+ premium service means your machine is fully assembled, fuelled, and tested before it leaves us. Because of the specialist nature of this build and the need for palletised transport or our own specialist vans, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days.

Will the courier call me before delivery?

For Start 'N' Go orders, the transport company (Palletline) will contact you to book your delivery in. For Start 'N' Go+, our own team will contact you to arrange a specific timed slot. For standard parcel deliveries, you will receive tracking information via email.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information or instructions on how the delivery will be managed (e.g., via Palletline or our own transport team).

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. If you notice damage to the packaging upon delivery, please sign for the item as "damaged" or refuse the delivery so we can arrange a replacement quickly.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Most items will be sent out on our Standard delivery service. This service is available to most of the UK mainland*. This service is 1-3 working days (if ordered Mon-Fri, stock permitting), but is usually sooner than this. In many cases, your item could arrive next working day. We offer an Express delivery service on many items to most of the UK mainland*. These items will be dispatched as soon as we possibly can and will usually arrive within 1-2 working days and in many cases on the next working day (stock permitting if ordered before 2 pm, Mon-Fri). Our Start 'N' Go service is available to most of the UK mainland*. Products that receive our Start 'N' Go service will need to be assembled and tested before being wrapped and dispatched on a pallet. Because of this, delivery is 3-5 working days (if ordered Mon-Fri, stock permitting) but during quieter times this can be much sooner. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday). You will be contacted by the Transport Company 'Palletline' to book your delivery in. Please ensure you provide a daytime contact number on your order.

Ride-On Mowers - We charge a minimum rate of £69.00 (for smaller garden riders) and £79.00 (for garden tractors) for all Start 'N' Go orders. This service is available to most mainland England and Wales postcodes. We cannot currently offer this service to any Scottish postcodes.

Everything else - We charge a minimum rate of £29.00 for all Start 'N' Go orders which are being sent to UK mainland addresses (England, Wales and some Scottish addresses*).

START 'N' GO +

Our premium Start 'N' Go+ service is available on certain products to most of England and Wales. Products that receive this service will be assembled, tested and personally delivered by one of our team on our own transport. We will also fully demonstrate the product for you. Delivery is usually 3-5 working days (if ordered Mon-Fri, stock permitting) but during quieter times this can be much sooner. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday). We will contact you to book your delivery in. Please ensure you provide a daytime contact number on your order.

Ride-On Mowers - We charge a minimum rate of £99.00 for all Start 'N' Go+ (plus) orders. This service is available to most mainland England and Wales postcodes. We cannot currently offer this service to any Scottish postcodes.

*Scottish Addresses

As of May 2024, we can no longer deliver ride-on mowers (lawn tractors, garden riders, front deck & zero-turns) to any Scottish Postcodes. Unfortunately we have been unable to source a reliable and cost efficient transport service north of the border.
