You can pay online using MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express or Paypal. Card payments are processed using Braintree (a PayPal company), which is a publicly-traded company and has the highest level of card data security (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant) so our customers can trade with peace of mind and shoppers are protected against fraud.

Yes of course. Everyone can make a mistake when entering their card details, so if your payment has been declined, double-check the details you have entered. You may have simply missed out a digit from the long card number or you may have got a month wrong in the expiry date. If you correct any errors and your payment still isn’t accepted then try again using another payment method. Please note, you may need to speak to your card issuer for the reason your payment failed as we are not told why a payment has not gone through.
Any payment you make will be held for a short time without actually taking any money immediately from you. We will not process the order and release funds once we are 100% happy with the transaction. We will contact you directly if there is an issue with your order, such as additional carriage or incorrect delivery address.
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from us. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, then simply contact us and we will cancel for you and process your refund (please note this can take a few days to clear).
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, no problem. You can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 days following the day after you receive your item. All you need to do is open a ticket, giving details of all relevant information. We will take care of the rest. All we ask that the product is sent back in its original packaging in its original condition to ensure no extra costs are endured and a full refund is offered. You will have to pay for return delivery unless the item was delivered in error or is defective. Naturally, if the product is defective or delivered in error we will cover the cost.
Generally all orders placed through our website will be sent out for delivery. However, there may be times when you would prefer to collect your item from us. If you would rather collect your item from us then please let us know and we will then contact you to let you know it is ready for collection.
We deliver to most of mainland United Kingdom. We do not despatch orders to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, or any offshore postcodes. Please call us to confirm if we can deliver to you.
We offer Fast Express Delivery on many items to most of the UK mainland. These items will be dispatched as soon as we possibly can and will usually arrive within 1-2 working days and in many cases on the next working day (stock permitting if ordered before 2 pm, Mon-Fri).
Our Start 'N' Go service is available to most of the UK mainland. Products that receive our Start 'N' Go service will need to be assembled and tested before dispatch. Because of this, delivery is 3-5 working days but can be sooner depending on the time of the year (if ordered Mon-Fri, stock permitting).
Unfortunately not while you are checking out. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your needs so please send us an email ([email protected]) after you have placed your order with your name and order number and your delivery date request. We do our best to accommodate these requests, but we cannot guarantee any delivery date.
If our courier cannot deliver that's fine, they will automatically try to leave your parcel with your neighbour if you're not in. Not everyone gets on with their neighbours, so you may have to inform the courier in advance if you want your item delivered to your preferred neighbour or a safe place at your property.
However, if your order is being delivered on a pallet (Start N Go), we will need you to sign confirm receipt of your item. If you are not present at the delivery, the courier will contact you to arrange another delivery.
Warranty issues will usually be dealt with by your nearest local dealership. For example for Honda warranties, your local Honda dealer is obligated to look at the machine for you. As the selling dealer we will also handle warranties and repairs on the machine for you, but at first, we would initially attempt to troubleshoot the issue over the phone or through our support system. Please bear in mind if it is a genuine issue with the machine, it will be covered under the warranty, if for any reason it is found to be a non-warrantable issue there may be costs involved.
If there is no local dealership in your area you may have to return the machine to us for repair. Our highly qualified workshop team are standing by to fix any machine that has to be returned to ourselves. If you have an issue with your machine that we are unable to troubleshoot via our contact systems then our next step would be to arrange to have the machine uplifted for inspection/repair.
Road engineers - We have a number of engineers which are able to do onsite visits for warrantable work for mostly ride on lawn mowers and, in some cases, larger lawn mowers. If you do have an issue with your lawnmower, please get in touch and we will endeavour to have the issue resolved for you in good time.
