What is Start 'N' Go?

When you order any of our Start 'N' Go products:

  1. We un-pack your new machine and fully assemble it, saving you the time & hassle of doing it yourself.
  2. We add oil and petrol and fully test all the controls and functions of the machine to ensure they are in perfect working order.
  3. We will also fine tune the engine to ensure it is running at optimally.
  4. We wrap in protective covering to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition and securely fix it onto one of our pallets.
  5. We will then dispatch your machine and our carrier will then call you to arrange delivery. You will be able to choose your delivery day
  6. When it arrives you just un-box or unwrap your machine, push or drive it off the pallet, fold up and tighten handles (if required), add fuel and then just Start 'N' Go*

We also promise to keep you fully informed every step of the way and will work hard to ensure your buying experience - from purchase to delivery - is as simple and stress-free as we can make it

Please note: Delivery is 5-7 working days for all Start 'N' Go products (except Express Start 'N' Go products which are 2 working days) as your machine will need to be assembled and tested before dispatch.

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Justlawnmowers.co.uk. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

Easy Returns Process

We take every step necessary to make sure the returns process is as easy as possible. If you purchase a product from us you can be assured of great customer service from the minute you make contact with us. We aim to keep our customers happy, and if for any reason you are not happy with your product you are perfectly entitled to return it to us, within 14 days. If you're not happy, we're not happy - it's as simple as that!

14 Day Money Back Guarantee - If you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, no problem. You can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 days following the day after you receive your item. All you need to do is open a ticket, giving details of all relevant information. We will take care of the rest. All we ask that the product is sent back in its original packaging in its original condition to ensure no extra costs are endured and a full refund is offered. You will have to pay for return delivery, unless the item was delivered in error or is defective. Naturally, if the product is defective or delivered in error we will cover the cost.

As soon as we receive your item, providing there are no outstanding issues your refund will be given to you within 14 days, but usually much sooner. We will contact you as soon as we receive your item and advise you as to how and when you can expect to receive your refund. Please note you remain responsible for the product until we receive it. Once you've informed us that you wish to return your item, you have 14 days to return it to us. Once the item is received, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.

Items Faulty

If your purchases are faulty on arrival, you have 30 days in which to inform us of the fault. Please report these by raising a ticket via our Support Centre where we will offer further advice. We will organise collection of the item and the product should be made available for collection in it's original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you - in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage costs.

Items Damaged on Arrival

If your purchases are damaged on arrival, you have 7 days in which to inform us of the fault. Please report these by raising a ticket via our Support Centre where we will offer further advice. We will organise collection of the item and the product should be made available for collection in it's original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the damage, we'll issue a replacement or full refund.

Items Faulty in Manufacturer’s Warranty Period

If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 30 days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly.

If you need to return the product to us all we ask that the product is sent back in its original packaging in its original condition to ensure no extra costs are endured and a full refund is offered. You will be provided with a returns form & it is vital this is attached to the outside of the box to allow us to track your return.
