Starting is simple via the traditional recoil method which is tried and tested by any gardener worth his or her salt, so there’s nothing new to learn and there’s always that sense of achievement to be had when you’ve pulled the cord and it’s started first time, which this Atco Liner 16S is absolutely going to do.
The cutter deck is made from steel and therefore promises a long life. At 41cm in width it’s generous enough to ensure you make as few passes up and down your lawn as possible. Those clever chaps at Atco design their lawn mowers to be as versatile as possible so it’s great to know that you get a total of 5 cutting heights that range from 20mm to 70mm, enabling you to achieve a precise cut whatever length you started from.
The grass collector is generous at 55 litres and Atco has made a wise decision not to make it any bigger as this lawn mower is aimed at medium sized lawns, and therefore 55 litres of capacity should be more than enough. It has a canvas hard top which stops grass cuttings flying into your face as you mow, and this is especially beneficial in very dry conditions. A bag full indicator will alert to the fact that the bag needs emptying to reduce the likelihood of the bag becoming too full and clogged up.

Atco dedicated mulching tractors are a great alternative if you don’t want to collect grass cuttings. Powered by Briggs & Stratton engines there is a range of cutting widths from 98cm – 112cm to choose from.

Ride-On Mowers - We charge a minimum rate of £69.00 (for smaller garden riders) and £79.00 (for garden tractors) for all Start 'N' Go orders. This service is available to most mainland England and Wales postcodes. We cannot currently offer this service to any Scottish postcodes.
Everything else - We charge a minimum rate of £29.00 for all Start 'N' Go orders which are being sent to UK mainland addresses (England, Wales and some Scottish addresses*).
Our premium Start 'N' Go+ service is available on certain products to most of England and Wales. Products that receive this service will be assembled, tested and personally delivered by one of our team on our own transport. We will also fully demonstrate the product for you. Delivery is usually 3-5 working days (if ordered Mon-Fri, stock permitting) but during quieter times this can be much sooner. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday). We will contact you to book your delivery in. Please ensure you provide a daytime contact number on your order.
