World Cup Garden Tractor Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This giveaway is operated and promoted by Calgary Just Companies trading as Justlawnmowers.co.uk (“the Promoter”).
2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway will run from 12:00 AM GMT on 27th March 2026 (“Opening Date”) to 11:59 PM GMT on 19 July 2026 (“Closing Date”). Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.
3. Data Protection
By entering this giveaway, entrants agree that their full name, email address, phone number, and city may be collected and used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner.
If entrants choose to opt in, their contact details may also be used for marketing communications. All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
4. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter the giveaway, entrants must:
- Be eighteen (18) years of age or older;
- Be a resident of the United Kingdom;
- Purchase an eligible garden tractor from the Promoter during the Giveaway Period; and
- Submit a valid entry in accordance with Section 5.
A full list of eligible garden tractors is available at www.justlawnmowers.co.uk. Employees of the Promoter, its agents, or immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
5. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
- Purchase an eligible garden tractor during the Giveaway Period; and
- Correctly answer a multiple-choice skill-based question and submit their answer via the email invitation provided.
Only one entry per qualifying purchase will be accepted.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- A full refund equal to the purchase price paid for their eligible garden tractor.
The refund will exclude delivery charges and will reflect any voucher codes or discounts applied. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
8. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries that have correctly answered the competition question. The Promoter’s decision is final.
9. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the details provided. If the winner does not respond within three (3) days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
10. Announcement of Winner
The Promoter may publish the winner’s name on its website or social media. The winner agrees that photographs or video content may be recorded for promotional purposes.
11. Promoter’s Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Cancel or amend the giveaway due to circumstances beyond its control.
- Substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.
- Disqualify any entrant in breach of these terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
