Our Rake 'N' Go AP40DT is quick and simple to attach onto the back of your tractor or ride-on mower and is probably one of the most effective ways of keeping your grass looking its absolute best all year round. The universal hitch pin means that you can hook it up to pretty much any model, but you can of course always check with us first before you buy it.
All you’ll need is a tow bar to use this Rake 'N' Go AP40DT towed spring tine dethatcher. On most models you can actually control the towed accessories from the driver’s seat for added convenience. A single lever transport handle is a welcome addition for easy mobility. A heavy duty tray and a solid steel construction means that this dethatcher will give you many years of reliable service.
This exclusively designed towed spring tine dethatcher features a working width of 40"/102cm and 20 heat treated/spring loaded tines. This means you can clear larger areas of thatch or moss in record time. The 7"/18cm semi-pneumatic wheels
keep a good grip as you work, and also protect the ground from skidding and marking the turf.
The 20 athletic tines on this Rake 'N' Go AP40DT have had special attention as we know they need to be extra hard wearing as they get the most action! Therefore we’re pleased to say they measure just 3/16" in diameter and they have been robustly made from long-lasting heat-treated steel.

Because of this, delivery is 3-5 working days (if ordered Mon-Fri, stock permitting) but during quieter times this can be much sooner. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday). You will be contacted by the Transport Company 'Palletline' to book your delivery in. Please ensure you provide a daytime contact number on your order.
Ride-On Mowers - We charge a minimum rate of £69.00 (for smaller garden riders) and £79.00 (for garden tractors) for all Start 'N' Go orders. This service is available to most mainland England and Wales postcodes. We cannot currently offer this service to any Scottish postcodes.
Everything else - We charge a minimum rate of £29.00 for all Start 'N' Go orders which are being sent to UK mainland addresses (England, Wales and some Scottish addresses*).
Our premium Start 'N' Go+ service is available on certain products to most of England and Wales. Products that receive this service will be assembled, tested and personally delivered by one of our team on our own transport. We will also fully demonstrate the product for you. Delivery is usually 3-5 working days (if ordered Mon-Fri, stock permitting) but during quieter times this can be much sooner. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday). We will contact you to book your delivery in. Please ensure you provide a daytime contact number on your order.
