This Mountfield Princess 34LI lawn mower offers you trouble-free operation and is stylish, quiet and easy to maintain. There are no cables to worry about, no messy fuel filling, and is part of a great range of premium battery operated garden tools. The 48v battery can be used across the wide range of Mountfield battery operated machines meaning you only need one battery and one charger for a multitude of tools. This saves you money and space.
Ideally suited for gardens of around 200m², this Mountfield Princess 34LI lawn mower is hard working and a pleasure to work with. You can easily achieve those lovely straight stripes thanks to the integral rear roller and you can be assured of a neat smooth finish thanks to the front compact 34cm cutting width and the anti-scalp plate.
Featuring a powerful and powerful 860W DigiTorq brushless motor, and supplied with 1 x 48V 2Ah Lithium-Ion battery and charger, this machine is ready to prove it's more than up to the job of its petrol counterpart but with much less impact on the environment which is great news for the planet. Much safer than an electric model, you don't need to be wary of wires and you won't need to be within reach of a power source. Simply just drop in the battery and away you go. Your working experience will feel altogether cleaner, no messy petrol refills and no fumes as you work.
This Princess 34LI cordless lawn mower from Mountfield features 6 preset height of cut adjustments from 25mm to 75mm which means your lawn mower is ready for any length of grass you need it for.
The 3-in-1 system allows you to choose from collecting, discharging or mulching the grass. If you choose to collect then the 35 litre grass bag is easy to empty and reattach and features a vision window to reduce the risk of over filling.
If you choose to discharge, for example if your grass is quite long then the grass will be left to wilt on your lawn instead of rotting on your compost heap. You might not like this option if you have children or pets in the garden as they may walk the cut grass into the house.
However if your grass is shorter you can choose to mulch and the mulching plug which is included as standard is simple to fit. The mulched grass will be finely cut and returned to the lawn where it will sit barely noticeable and act as a natural and nutrient rich fertilizer, giving your lawn the very best chance of being green and healthy. You will also save money as you won't need to buy additional fertilizing products. Your mulched grass will provide everything your lawn needs.
If you have children then you will welcome the operator presence control which is a great safety feature and means that when you let go of the handles the engine cuts out. You cannot leave this machine to idle which saves the battery and also means that a child cannot operate the machine in your absence. If for some reason you let go of the handles while you are working then the engine will cut out at once which greatly reduces the risk of accidents.

With the Mountfield 48V range, once you have the battery and the charger, then you can add the different machines as and when you need them as they all use the same batteries. The Princess 34LI uses the same Stiga 48V lithium battery to power all the machines in the range of cordless gardening machines. This means you can save time and money and interchange one battery throughout the whole range of Mountfield & Stiga 48V cordless products.

Mountfield’s hand-held range of garden machinery includes grass trimmers and brush cutters, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and chainsaws. They are all designed to be lightweight and easy to use. They are suitable for both domestic and professional users.
Mountfield have recently released their Freedom 48 range of cordless garden machinery. Once you have purchased a battery and a charger, you can use them for any of the product in the range as they all use the same battery.

Ride-On Mowers - We charge a minimum rate of £69.00 (for smaller garden riders) and £79.00 (for garden tractors) for all Start 'N' Go orders. This service is available to most mainland England and Wales postcodes. We cannot currently offer this service to any Scottish postcodes.
Everything else - We charge a minimum rate of £29.00 for all Start 'N' Go orders which are being sent to UK mainland addresses (England, Wales and some Scottish addresses*).
Our premium Start 'N' Go+ service is available on certain products to most of England and Wales. Products that receive this service will be assembled, tested and personally delivered by one of our team on our own transport. We will also fully demonstrate the product for you. Delivery is usually 3-5 working days (if ordered Mon-Fri, stock permitting) but during quieter times this can be much sooner. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday). We will contact you to book your delivery in. Please ensure you provide a daytime contact number on your order.
