If you own a ride-on tractor then you may have wished it came with a garden trailer at some point. They are great for all kinds of jobs such as getting rid of garden refuse, hauling firewood, moving sand or dumping gravel and also come in different sizes, with different load capacities to suit every type and size of garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve recently taken in a new stock of three garden trailers (the Load ‘N’ Go Towed Garden Trailer range<\/a>) and they can all be used with pretty much any garden tractor as they have universal fittings and are not designed for any brand in particular. They are robustly designed and if stored away and treated properly should last you as long as your ride-on tractor. You will of course need to carefully consider what type of work you need your garden trailer for, and what type of terrain you will be working on. Some garden trailers are better suited to rough, bumpy terrain, while others may be better on softer ground or gravel. A foot release pedal together with the tilting bed makes for very simple and quick dumping. Larger projects can move faster and you won\u2019t strain yourself in the process. The maximum tow speed on these particular models is a healthy 10 miles per hour when fully loaded to their 400 pound, ten cubic foot capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They can do just about anything from moving firewood and garden waste from one place to another and loading up and dumping sand and gravel. Of course it will fit any branded tractor but looks especially good when attached to one of Stiga\u2019s quality lawn tractors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The wide 16″ pneumatic tyres make them ideal for all types of terrain, such as rough or bumpy ground or even gravel. You can expect a nice smooth ride as they are remarkably easy to handle and each one features a solid steel axle with a steel bed for added strength and reliability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
