Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)

All our machines are run, checked and tuned and given full PDI (Pre-delivery Inspection)before leaving our premises. This means we will unpack your machine, start it, test it and individually tune it for maximum power and efficiency.

We ensure that your machine is set up and ready to run when it is handed over to you. This is in accordance with Husqvarna policy for their dealers, and you get full back up from us including warranty and repairs and spares, and of course any advice you may need.

Husqvarna's recent statement on this policy can be found below:- "Husqvarna Outdoor Products is committed to maintaining a premium brand and to ensuring Husqvarna branded products are distributed appropriately to customers. As such, all Husqvarna branded products must be fully assembled, pre-delivery inspected and tested prior to being handed over to customers. Any Husqvarna branded products that are purchased online must either be collected by the customer from the relevant dealer or delivered directly to the customer by the relevant dealer."
