MTD Lawnflite Tillers and Cultivators

The MTD Lawnflite range of petrol powered tillers are suitable for areas varying from small flower beds and vegetable plots, right the way up to larger allotments. All models feature robust steel construction and either have the high specification Thorx or the world renowned Briggs & Stratton Engine. There is a choice of front or rear tine tillers to choose from, with the larger models featuring a reverse drive function.

 

MTD T205 Garden Allotment Tiller

With a working width of 16" 40cm, this Garden Allotment tiller is suitable for those smaller areas. Powered by the 4.5 HP MTD OHV Thorx engine, which has been designed to meet the latest emissions regulations. increased fuel efficiently means lower running costs and a benefit to the environment.

MTD T245 Garden Allotment Tiller

Larger brother to the T205, this Garden Allotment tiller features a 5.5 hp engine for more torque where required. The Tilling width can be adjusted by the removal or addition of tines. The max tilling width is 24", crop protection discs are supplied as standard.

MTD T405 Garden Allotment Rear Tined Rotavator

This is a good machine by MTD very easy to use and ideal for areas that have never been turned over before, however as the rotors only turn one way (anti clockwise), this will only break up the soil, if you wish for a finer tilth, then consider the big brother, model T450 which has forward and reverse tine action.
